I had a credit card on file. With the new year the expiration date had to be changed. Originally it charged me a late fee. I have never been late since having the unit. I sent an email within a timely period of paying it. Today they reversed the extra charge for the late fee back onto my account. The situation was handled quickly and effectively. Thank you!
